About these terms
By using SellNow.ie you agree to these terms. SellNow.ie is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to sales between users.
Your account
You must be 18 or over, give accurate information and keep your login secure.
Listing rules
Listings must be honest, lawful and follow our prohibited items policy. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that do not.
Auctions
Sellers can run a timed auction. The highest bid when the auction ends wins, as long as any reserve price has been met. A bid placed in the last five minutes extends the auction by five minutes. A winning bid is a binding offer to buy at that price, and the seller agrees to sell at that price to the winner. Payment is made directly between buyer and seller, normally in cash on collection. SellNow.ie does not handle payments or take part in the sale. Sellers may not bid on their own items or arrange for others to bid for them. We may cancel bids, end an auction, or stop an account from bidding if we suspect fake bidding or other misuse.
Traders
If you sell in the course of a business you must mark yourself as a trader and show your business details. Consumer protection law, including distance selling rights, applies to trader sales.
Safety
Follow our safety advice. You are responsible for your own transactions.
Liability
We do not guarantee any item or user. Nothing here limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
